Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is better than Xiaomi 14 Ultra's 84.4 global score. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has older 13 version and Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14. The Galaxy S20 body is somewhat thinner and way lighter than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it was released 4 years before.
The Galaxy S20 has a much better processing power than Xiaomi 14 Ultra. They have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 12 GB RAM. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a quite lower pixel density, and they both have the same 1440 x 3200px resolution, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra also counts with a little bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a quite bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
