Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, with a global score of 98 against 84.4. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an a lot older and a little heavier phone than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner anyway.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much faster processor than Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Both have 8 cpu cores and a 12 GB RAM.
