The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is slightly better than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, with a score of 90.7 against 84.4. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's design is thinner and noticeably lighter than Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Both phones in this comparison include the same Android 14 OS, so both of them should give you the same OS features.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra's CPU is just as good as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra one, both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
