Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a global score of 87.4, which is better than the Xiaomi 14's 79.4 overall score. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has older 10 version while Xiaomi 14 has Android 14 version. Even being the best cellphone in this review, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition design is extremely older, heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi 14.
Xiaomi 14 has a better display than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater display pixel density, a slightly higher resolution of 1200 x 2670px and a much brighter display. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition and Xiaomi 14 have similar storage for apps and games, both of them have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a much better hardware performance than Xiaomi 14. They have 8 processing cores and 8 GB of RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with greater battery life than Xiaomi 14, because it has a 30% larger battery size. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition captures clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi 14, because although it has a lot tinier back camera sensor and a tinier aperture which is worse for taking images or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 7680x4320 video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also counts with faster 30 frames per second video frame rate and a lot better resolution back facing camera.
