Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5s is a little bit better than Xiaomi 14, with an 84.9 score against 79.4. Despite being the best in this review, Asus ROG Phone 5s's body is noticeably older, somewhat thicker and much heavier than the Xiaomi 14. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 5s has 12 version and Xiaomi 14 has Android 14.
The Xiaomi 14 features a much better looking display than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little higher pixels density, a lot brighter display and a quite better 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution. The Asus ROG Phone 5s has a way better hardware performance than Xiaomi 14. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 processing cores.
Xiaomi 14 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5s features greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi 14, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5s shoots slightly better photos and videos than Xiaomi 14, because although it has a smaller aperture and a lot tinier sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have the same video quality, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also counts with better video frame rate and a camera in the back with a way better resolution.
