Huawei Mate 20 has a global score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 14's overall score of 79.4. These phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 20 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi 14 has Android 14 version, so it gives you some extra features and performance enhancements. Huawei Mate 20's body weights the same than the Xiaomi 14, but it is a little bit thicker.
The Xiaomi 14 has a better screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixel density, a slightly better resolution of 1200 x 2670 pixels and way more brightness. The Xiaomi 14 counts with much more memory for applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
