Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A31 has a global score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 14's 79.4 score. Samsung Galaxy A31 is a noticeably older and just a little thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi 14, but Samsung was able to build it just a little bit lighter anyway. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A31 has the older 10 version and Xiaomi 14 has Android 14 version.
Xiaomi 14 counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi 14 also has a little higher resolution of 1200 x 2670 and a just a bit more pixels per inch of display. The Galaxy A31 has a very superior processing unit than Xiaomi 14, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Xiaomi 14 counts with a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A31, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Galaxy A31 has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi 14, because it has an 8 percent bigger battery capacity.
Xiaomi 14 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A31, because it has a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a larger aperture to capture better photos in low-light situations, a way larger sensor shooting lot higher quality pictures and a more mega pixels back facing camera.
