Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a lot better than the Xiaomi 14's 79.4 global score. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better cellphone than Xiaomi 14, we must note that it's also a notably older, heavier and just a little thicker cellphone. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Xiaomi 14 has Android 14.
The Xiaomi 14 has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a bit worse 1200 x 2670px resolution, a bit smaller screen and a just a bit worse pixels density. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 14, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi 14, because although it has a way tinier sensor taking way worse quality videos and images and a smaller aperture which is not good for low light images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
