Xiaomi 14 is just a bit better than the Galaxy XCover 5, getting a 79.4 score against 78.1. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 14 has a more recent 14 version and Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. Xiaomi 14's body is incredibly newer and thinner, but just a bit heavier than Galaxy XCover 5.
Galaxy XCover 5 features a lot better performance than Xiaomi 14, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 14 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a lot higher 1200 x 2670px resolution, a better amount of pixels per display inch and a larger screen.
The Xiaomi 14 has just a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi 14 features a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 54 percent bigger battery capacity.
