The Xiaomi 14 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Max, getting a 79.4 score against 77.5. Xiaomi 14 is a a lot newer and just a bit lighter phone than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it's a bit thicker. The Xiaomi Mi Max features a lot better processing power than Xiaomi 14, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
The Xiaomi 14 has a much sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xiaomi 14 also has more pixels per inch of display and a better 1200 x 2670px resolution.
