Comparison review
Xiaomi 15 Pro has a score of 81.3, which is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's general score of 79.5. Xiaomi 15 Pro's construction is newer, just a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 8. These devices include the same Android 14 OS. The Xiaomi 15 Pro counts with a better screen than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi 15 Pro also has a better number of pixels per inch in the display, a brighter screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
Asus ROG Phone 8's memory to install games and applications is very similar to the Xiaomi 15 Pro one, both have equal internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a processing unit that is just as good as Xiaomi 15 Pro's processing unit, they have 8 processing cores and 12 GB of RAM memory. The Xiaomi 15 Pro has a little better battery life than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has a way smaller aperture, they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same 7680x4320 video resolution and the same 24 fps video frame rates.
