Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 is just a bit better than Xiaomi 15 Pro, with an 83.3 score against 81.3. The Xiaomi Mi 8 is an a lot older cellphone than the Xiaomi 15 Pro, but Xiaomi managed to build it a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi 15 Pro has Android 14 version.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a much brighter display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200, a little larger display and a higher pixels density. Xiaomi Mi 8 and Xiaomi 15 Pro both count with very similar memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, they have the same internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi 8 has a lot better performance than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Xiaomi 15 Pro captures much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a lot more megapixels camera in the back, a lot bigger camera aperture and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a very superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 79 percent more battery capacity.
