Xiaomi 15 has a general score of 80.6, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M12's 80 overall score. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 15 has newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version. The Xiaomi 15 is a noticeably newer phone, and it is also somewhat lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy M12.
The Xiaomi 15 features a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1200 x 2670 and a way higher number of pixels per inch of display.
