Comparison review
Xperia 1 V has a general score of 82.7, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi 15's 80.6 score. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 V has older 13 version and Xiaomi 15 has Android 14. Even though the Xperia 1 V is older and a bit thicker than Xiaomi 15, it's body is still a bit lighter.
The Xperia 1 V has a CPU that is very similar to the Xiaomi 15 one, both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi 15 features a much better display than Xperia 1 V, although it has a much lower pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a lot lower resolution of 1200 x 2670 pixels and a little smaller screen.
Sony Xperia 1 V's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Xiaomi 15 one, both have the same internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia 1 V shoots slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi 15, although it has a back-facing camera with lesser mega-pixels, a lot lower (4K) video resolution and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs in poorly lited environments.
Xiaomi 15 has a little better battery lifetime than Xperia 1 V, because it has 5400mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
