The Xiaomi 15 has a global score of 80.6, which is slightly better than the Xperia Z3's global score of 77.3. Even though the Xiaomi 15 is a bit heavier than the Xperia Z3, it's just a little thinner and extremely newer. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 15 has an older 14 version and Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4.
