Comparison review
The Xiaomi 15 is slightly better than the Xiaomi 12, getting an 80.6 score against 78.8. Xiaomi 15 is a just a little heavier device than Xiaomi 12, but both are 0.32inches thick. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but Xiaomi 15 has newer 14 version while Xiaomi 12 has Android 12 version, so it provides some extra features and performance enhancements.
The Xiaomi 12 features a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi 15's processing unit, and although the Xiaomi 12 has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 15 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi 12, because it has a little larger display, much more brightness, a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a quite better 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi 12 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi 15, although it has worse 24 fps video frame rate and a smaller aperture, they both have the same video quality and a 50 MP camera. The Xiaomi 15 features a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 12, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi 15 features better battery lifetime than Xiaomi 12, because it has a 20% greater battery size.
