Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, having an 82.9 score against 77.2. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro construction is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's, but it's just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, a quite smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2280px resolution, it also counts with a bit brighter display. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro shoots a lot better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality, a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos and a lot better video definition.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a little bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro both feature really similar battery durations.
