The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is slightly better than HTC U11, having an 82.3 score against 77.6. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's design is newer than the HTC U11's, although it's thicker and somewhat heavier. The HTC U11 has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a higher pixel quantity in each screen inch.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a slightly bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC U11, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a bit better processing unit than HTC U11, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has more RAM.
