Comparison review
Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2's global score of 82.3. The Huawei P40 body is newer, somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should provide the user the same operating system features.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a bit better looking display than Huawei P40, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340px resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a quite larger screen. Huawei P40's processing unit is very similar to Xiaomi Black Shark 2's processing unit, and although the Huawei P40 has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Huawei P40 has as much storage for apps and games as the Xiaomi Black Shark 2, both have equal 128 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has just a little better battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3800mAh. The Huawei P40 captures a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with higher video frame rates, a camera with more mega pixels and a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
