The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with an 82.3 score against 77. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, we must highlight that it is also notably older, somewhat heavier and thicker. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has the previous 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a quite larger display, much more brightness, a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a just a bit higher pixels count in each inch in the display. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a much faster processor than Motorola Edge 40 Neo. They have a 8 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a way larger sensor capturing way better quality photos and a camera in the back with more MP.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features as much memory for apps and games as Xiaomi Black Shark 2, they have equal internal memory. Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with longer battery performance than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
