Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting a score of 82.3 against 75.8. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's design is newer, but just a little bit thicker and heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a larger amount of RAM.
