Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a score of 88.3, which is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 2 XL's score of 82.5. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 construction is much newer than the Google Pixel 2 XL's, but it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a slightly better looking display than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and much lesser pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite bigger display.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has more RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 and the Google Pixel 2 XL feature really similar memory capacity to install games and applications, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same size diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a much higher resolution camera in the back, a way larger sensor and better video frame rates.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with better battery life than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3520mAh.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 2 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 2 XL. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Google Pixel 2 XL, letting go a couple specs and features.
