The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has an overall score of 88.3, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 general score. Even though Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is newer than the Google Pixel 3 XL, it's incredibly thicker and somewhat heavier. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features just a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a bit better screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit inferior amount of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a lot better camera than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has faster 60 fps video frame rate, a lot higher 48 MP resolution back-facing camera and a way bigger sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a much better memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features superior battery duration than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Black Shark 4, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3 XL, giving up some features and specifications.
