The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is much better than HTC U11 EYEs, having a general score of 88.3 against 76.9. Although the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is incredibly newer than the HTC U11 EYEs, it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has Android 11 OS, while HTC U11 EYEs works with Android, HTC Sense UI OS.
