Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is better than Huawei Mate 10, getting a general score of 88.3 against 78.9. Xiaomi Black Shark 4's construction is newer, but extremely thicker and somewhat heavier than Huawei Mate 10. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a more recent 11 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10, offering a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a bit superior CPU than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 10 has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and much less brightness, it also counts with a better pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a bit bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a little longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more megapixels back camera.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei Mate 10. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Huawei Mate 10, resigning some specifications.
