Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a bit better than the LG Velvet, getting an 88.3 score against 87.1. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a newer cellphone than the LG Velvet, but it's heavier and thicker. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a bit better CPU than LG Velvet, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a brighter display than LG Velvet, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a bit less pixels per inch in the display and a quite smaller screen. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 takes a bit better photographs and videos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a same size sensor, the same 3840x2160 video definition, a 48 MP resolution back facing camera and a same size camera aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has faster video frame rates.
The LG Velvet has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with just a little better battery duration than LG Velvet, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 4300mAh.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Velvet. If you want to save some money, you can buy LG Velvet, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
