The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, with a score of 88.3 against 79. These devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system). Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but it is somewhat thicker and a bit heavier. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has 4 GB more RAM.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. They have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a better number of pixels per inch in the display and a screen with the same size. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same video definition, a F1.8 aperture, a back facing camera with a 48 megapixels and a 0.5 inches back camera sensor, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has higher video frame rates.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a greater memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because it has a 12 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, resigning a couple features and specifications.
