The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has an overall score of 78.7, which is a little bit better than Honor 50 Pro's 77 general score. The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro is a newer device than the Honor 50 Pro, although it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has the newer 12 version and Honor 50 Pro has Android 11, so it offers some additional features.
Honor 50 Pro features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Honor 50 Pro also has a little more pixels per inch of display and a slightly better 1236 x 2676px resolution. Honor 50 Pro's memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro's one, they have the same internal memory capacity.
Honor 50 Pro has a much faster processor than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro captures a little bit better videos and photos than Honor 50 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a 108 mega pixels back facing camera, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro features just a bit longer battery performance than Honor 50 Pro, because it has 4650mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
