The Huawei Mate Xs is much better than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, getting a global score of 91.6 against 78.7. Despite being the best in this review, the Huawei Mate Xs is a much older, somewhat thicker and heavier device than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro. Huawei Mate Xs counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because it has a bit better pixels density, a way higher 2200 x 2480 resolution and a bigger screen.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much greater performance than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount. The Huawei Mate Xs features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because it has more internal storage. The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a much smaller camera sensor taking much worse quality pictures and videos, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rate and a camera with a way higher resolution.
Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro features a bit better battery performance than Huawei Mate Xs, because it has a 3% larger battery size.
