Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has a score of 78.7, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 global score. Despite being the best in this review, Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro is a much older, notably heavier and thicker cellphone than the Motorola Edge (2024). Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has an older 12 version while Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14.
The Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Motorola Edge (2024) also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro and Motorola Edge (2024) both count with similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, they have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory capacity.
Motorola Edge (2024) and Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro count with incredibly similar processing units, they have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM memory. The Motorola Edge (2024) has just a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has a lot tinier camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega pixels.
