The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has a score of 78.7, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 Pro's 77.2 general score. Even though Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro is newer than the OnePlus 8 Pro, it is just a little heavier and thicker. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a much better performing CPU than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a much more vibrant display than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because it has a bit bigger display, more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3168. Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal storage.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro shoots a little bit better photos and videos than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has a way tinier camera sensor, and they both have the same 60 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution.
