Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark is a little bit better than HTC U11, with an 80.4 score against 77.6. The Xiaomi Black Shark design is newer than HTC U11's, but it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. The HTC U11 counts with a slightly better display than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher screen density.
The Xiaomi Black Shark has just a little better performance than HTC U11, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The HTC U11 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a 12 megapixels back-facing camera and the same video frame rate, the HTC U11 also has a bigger diafragm aperture and a larger back camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality.
