Xiaomi Black Shark is a bit better than Huawei P40 Lite, with an 80.4 score against 79.5. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Black Shark has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features. Xiaomi Black Shark's design is older, just a bit heavier and just a little thicker than Huawei P40 Lite.
The Xiaomi Black Shark features a bit better CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark has a little more vivid display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
Huawei P40 Lite shoots better videos and photos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same video quality, a F1.8 diafragm aperture and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a way larger sensor taking much higher quality pictures and videos.
Huawei P40 Lite has as much memory capacity to store more games and applications as the Xiaomi Black Shark one, they have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 Lite features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
