Xiaomi Black Shark is slightly better than Galaxy M20, having an 80.4 score against 78.9. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Black Shark has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, providing the user a lot of extra features. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Black Shark is an older, a little heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone than the Galaxy M20.
Xiaomi Black Shark has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px, a bit smaller screen and a just a bit worse screen density. Galaxy M20 has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB.
Xiaomi Black Shark has a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has 4 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has a lower resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture to capture better photos and video in low light environments.
The Samsung Galaxy M20 features superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a 25 percent greater battery size.
