Xiaomi Black Shark is just a bit better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, having a score of 80.4 against 79.6. Even though the Xiaomi Black Shark is a lot older and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi 12 Pro, it's design is still a bit lighter. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12, so it gives a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.
Xiaomi 12 Pro features a brighter display than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a bit bigger display, a better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, a better pixels density and way more display brightness. Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi Black Shark both count with extremely similar storage capacity to install applications and games, both have the same internal memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark has a very superior CPU than Xiaomi 12 Pro. They have the same RAM amount and 8 processing cores. The Xiaomi 12 Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a lot better video definition, a back camera with a much higher resolution and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality photographs.
Xiaomi 12 Pro features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
