Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Xiaomi Mi 10T, having a 98 score against 87.9. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version while Xiaomi Mi 10T has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is a bit thinner but a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 10T, and both were released with only a few months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 10T, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a greater pixels number per inch of screen and a bit larger screen. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 10T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery lifetime is just as good as Xiaomi Mi 10T's battery performance.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 10T, because although it has a smaller camera sensor and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same 7680x4320 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a larger aperture to take better low-light photos and videos and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
