The Xiaomi Mi 10T has an overall score of 87.9, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T's general score of 78.2. Xiaomi Mi 10T's construction is just a little bit thinner but a bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and they were only released with a couple months difference. Both of these devices use the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi 10T also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi 10T features a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a bit bigger display.
