The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, with a 98 score against 90.7. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is a little lighter than the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, although it's just a little thicker and was released just a little further than a year before.
