Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 11 is much better than the HTC One M9, getting an 88.8 score against 77.7. Xiaomi Mi 11 is a extremely newer and somewhat thinner phone than the HTC One M9, but it is somewhat heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 11 has the newer 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version, giving a couple nice extra features.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 has a way better camera than HTC One M9, because it has a larger aperture, a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a lot larger sensor and a much higher resolution back camera.
