Comparison review
HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 4, having a global score of 77 against 75.2. The HTC U Ultra design is newer and thinner, but heavier than Xiaomi Mi 4. The Xiaomi Mi 4 has a bit sharper screen than HTC U Ultra, although it has a quite smaller screen, a little worse amount of pixels per screen inch and a much lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
HTC U Ultra has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 4, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi 4 features a little better processing power than HTC U Ultra, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with an additional GPU.
The HTC U Ultra has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse 12 MP resolution and a lower (4K) video resolution, and they both have the same camera aperture, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with just a little better battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3080mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi 4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 4, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
