The Galaxy M12 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 4, having a global score of 80 against 75.2. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M12 has 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3. Galaxy M12 is a newer device than Xiaomi Mi 4, but it's heavier and a little bit thicker.
