Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M30 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 4, with a global score of 82.4 against 75.2. The Samsung Galaxy M30 design is notably newer and just a bit thinner, but heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 4. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M30 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3, providing a couple nice extra features.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and lesser CPU cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Xiaomi Mi 4 features a sharper screen than Galaxy M30, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater display pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy M30 has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has an external memory slot that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy M30 features a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 4 captures clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have a same resolution back camera, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also has a bigger camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures, a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos and video and a much better (4K) video quality.
