Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Mi 4's 75.2 score. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a noticeably heavier phone than the Xiaomi Mi 4, but both are 0.35inches thick.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi 4 features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a much smaller screen and a bit lower number of pixels per inch in the display.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Mi 4, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
