Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 4's general score of 75.2. Galaxy S21 Ultra's design has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 4, but it is much heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S21 Ultra has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster) and a larger amount of RAM.
