Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 4's 75.2 score. Although the Galaxy S6 Edge and Xiaomi Mi 4 were released with only 9 months difference, the Galaxy S6 Edge is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3, offering lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little bit better display than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has a higher count of pixels per inch of screen, a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a bit bigger screen. Galaxy S6 Edge has a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 4, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a faster graphics processor, more CPU cores and a 64-bit processor.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower video quality, a back-facing camera with less mega pixels resolution and a tinier back camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low-light photography.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 4 features longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3080mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi 4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 4, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
