Comparison review

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 4, with a global score of 80.1 against 75.2. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro design is way newer than Xiaomi Mi 4's, but it is a lot thicker and notably heavier. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, although it has a little smaller display, a way lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and faster). Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors and a smaller aperture, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a more MP back facing camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi 4. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 4, giving up a couple features and specs.
