Galaxy XCover Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 4, having a general score of 81 against 75.2. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover Pro has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3. Even though the Galaxy XCover Pro is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 4, it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier.

Xiaomi Mi 4 has a better screen than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better display density. The Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has lesser processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy XCover Pro's camera is just as good as the camera in Xiaomi Mi 4, because although the Galaxy XCover Pro has a way smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing way lower quality images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a way higher resolution camera.

Galaxy XCover Pro has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 4, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy XCover Pro is more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 4, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
