The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an overall score of 90.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 4's 75.2 global score. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3 version. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is heavier than Xiaomi Mi 4, it's extremely thinner and also a lot newer.
Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory.
