Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi MIX has an overall score of 76.2, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 4's score of 75.2. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi MIX has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features. Even though Xiaomi Mi MIX is much heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 4, it's somewhat thinner and extremely newer.
Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher pixel density.
Xiaomi Mi MIX features a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX features a camera that is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi 4 one, because although the Xiaomi Mi MIX has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a 0.33 inches back camera sensor and the same video frame rate, it also counts with a camera in the back with more mega pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a much longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi 4. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 4, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
