Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 4, having a 79 score against 75.2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 4, but it is notably heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3 version.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has lesser CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Xiaomi Mi 4 counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel count per inch in the screen.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, and although they both have the same video definition, a F1.8 aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a way larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
